- By submitting the Application Form, applicants grant permission to the Organizer to use the entries or any part thereof, excluding personal data, for the purposes relating to the Contest and its activities, including but not limited to publication and exhibition of the entries.
- Staff members of the Organizer and their family members will not be eligible to submit entry for the Contest.
- The Organizer reserves the right to decline any submission or disqualify any winning entry if it violates the “Rules and Regulations” of the Contest or imposes a negative image to the Organizer or the Contest. All results should be subject to the final decision of the Final Judging Panel.
- The Organizer reserves the right of not awarding any of the Awards if no winner is considered eligible or worthwhile.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any part of the Contest due to any unforeseeable circumstances.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the “Rules and Regulations” if necessary, without any notification in advance.
