    Chairman, Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association

    To-Cheung Since 1998, Mr. Cheung To has been actively participating in the information technology industry. He is the Director and Founder of UDomain Web Hosting Company Limited, one of the largest web hosting and domain name registration service providers in Hong Kong. Serving over 10000 companies, his business has covered Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China.

    Mr. Cheung joined The Commercial Radio in 2007 and founded Commercial Radio Interactive (CRi), an internet business division of The Commercial Radio. With his solid experience in information technology, Cheung To has developed Hong Kong Toolbar, the world’s first toolbar made for radio broadcasting as well as instant news feeding.

    Mr. To graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. After graduation, he had started his own businesses in different areas. He is also a Registered Corporate Coach of Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

  • Mr. Choi, Hyoung Kyoung (Korea)
    Executive Director, KAIT
    Mr. Choi, Hyoung Kyoung is the Executive Director of the Korea Association for ICT Promotion (KAIT). The KAIT manages ICT policies in Korea, produces ICT statistics, and is affiliated to the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP). In addition to his contribution to the KAIT, he also serves as the specialist of Global ICT Partnership Program and the Chief Organizer of World IT Show(WIS), the largest ICT exhibition held in Asia. Furthermore, he is the representative of Korean delegations to many different countries for ICT projects with related telecom operators and association.
     

     

     

     

  • Mr. Mingming Huang (Mainland China)
    CEO, ZCOM

    Mr. Mingming Huang is one of the top angel investors in China. As an experienced entrepreneur, Mingming Huang brings more than 18 years’ experience in high-tech industry. Mingming has co-founded zcom, flashget, and kanbox which is a leading Cloud-Computing company acquired by Alibaba. Prior to that, Mingming was a partner in 265.com, which he managed sold to Google in 2007.

    As an active angel investor, Mingming invested in some of the most prominent technology startups in China. His portfolios include Gamekoo (which was acquired by Borui at more than US $250 million in 2013), Autohome (which is the largest independent vehicle website in China public in NYSE) and Verycd (a leading web game company with more than US $200 million annual revenue). Prior to that, Mingming came with over 10 years of industry experience from HP, Siebel System and Peoplesoft.

    Mingming has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University and MBA from University of Chicago. He founded Future Capital as a Chinese angel fund, aiming to help start-ups realizing dreams.

    Chief Operating Officer, Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC)

    Ms Ng Wan Peng is the Chief Operating Officer of Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC). Her areas of responsibility include Corporate Governance, Information Intelligence & Analytics and Corporate Performance.

    Under her care are the different operational divisions, i.e. Industry Developments, specifically the Creative Multimedia, Infotech, Global Business Services, Critical Enablers including Talent, Innovation Capital as well as Digital Enablement and Customer Service. She also oversees the Digital Malaysia implementation as part of MDeC’s new mandate moving forward.

    She has more than 20 years’ Industry experience. She has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, in the areas of Strategic IT Planning, Project Management, Systems Integration, and Methodologies Development. Ms Ng has consulted for both private and public sector organizations in IT policy and project implementation in government, defense and education sectors in Malaysia and abroad.
